There are three Iron Mountain Connect roles:

Permissions are editable; access is not editable

· Iron Mountain Connect Records Management administrator can perform administrative tasks (creates box & file templates, supply lists, shipping addresses, etc) as well as user tasks

Records Management Standard User
· Iron Mountain Connect Records Management user (places orders and enters inventory)
Iron Mountain Connect Records Management permissions/organizational access assigned by CUA

OGA
· Create and manage Iron Mountain Connect Records Management organization groups
Must also be a CUA. Can only create/manage users within the organization group they are assigned

Every Iron Mountain Connect Records Management user is required to have a user profile to log in and begin using the application. Client User Administrators create user profiles. Each Records Management user profile includes:
